How you can help

We can all help the environment and support the benefits of effective newspaper and magazine recycling by putting clean and dry newspapers and magazines in the neighbourhood collections set up your by local Council.

For large and small businesses, community groups and schools there are a number of terrific Australian companies who provide recycling and collection services, plus many other waste management services. A number of these can be found on the PNEB website in the Links pages of the Learning Resources section.

Planet Ark’s Recycling Near You website allows you to search local councils to see what you can and can’t recycle in your community. This great site provides you with most things you need to know about kerbside and drop-off recycling services, garden organics and other waste and recycling services, plus a host of other information and handy tips for recycling information and tips.
