PNEB aims to ensure that Australia’s leading newspaper and magazine publishers continue to lead the world in the sustainable recovery of old newspapers and magazines.
Educating the community
& in particular the next generation...
Our vision is best illustrated by our work in;
- Educating the community and in particular the next generation, on the importance of recycling newspapers and magazines and the positive impacts that this has on our environment.
- Co-funding various projects and studies that will assist in gaining a better understanding of the environmental impacts of our industry and ways of lessening any negative effects for the benefit all Australians.
- Making available the publishing industry’s environmental track record so that this may be able to be leveraged by other industry sectors.
- Serving as a repository for all aspects of environmental information relative to the Australian publishing industry for the use of anyone who may be interested.
